Do I need a credit card to place an Ad?
No. If you place a Standard Ad you do not need a credit card. You will need a credit card if you select a Premium Ad or Package Ads option.
If I place a Standard Ad can I change it to a Premium Ad later?
Yes. You have the option of upgrading your Ad to a premium listing once you have placed a Standard Ad.
I have more that one property to let out by the room do I get a discount for advertising on your site?
Yes. Choose our Package Ad option. The first Ad will be charged at $25 and every additional ad that you post will be charged at a discounted rate of $10 each. All Ads will be highlighted and appear first in the relevant search listings. Please note that the Package option is only available for customers displaying rooms to rent.
I have found an ad on this site that I find offensive. What do I do?
Let us know as soon as possible. Email us at feedback@ziggie.com.au with the Ad No. We do not support advertisers that post inappropriate listings on our site.

Can I delete my Ad at anytime?
Yes. You can delete your Ad at anytime from your My Ziggie account.
Can I cancel my account at anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your account at anytime from your My Ziggie account.
Can I change my email address after I have created an account?
Unfortunately your email address is set in stone! When you create your account we will verify your email address to make sure it is correct. After your account has been created you will not be able to edit your email address so please choose carefully.
Do I have to display my contact details on my Ad?
No. Your email address is safe with us! We keep it completely private and it will not be listed on your Ad. You have the option of displaying your phone number on your Ad. But this is your choice. We recommend being cautious about what type of information you are revealing in your Ad.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. All rates are inclusive of GST.
